"Baños Colina" Hot springs

104 km. far from Santiago, and 93 km. far from San José de Maipo, we find the Thermal Baths of "Valle de Colina"; they are at 3,400 meters above sea level.

The temperature at some ponds reaches up to 70 Celsius degrees; their waters are rich in mineral salts and deposits alleged to have healing properties for some bones and articulations illnesses.

If it is not enough to enjoy this hot spring, you can also undertake some adventures such as cross country strolls, mountain activities, taking pictures of the unique landscapes of this mountain zone, as well as pictures of the unique flora and fauna you find only here.

The hot spring is opened year long; however the access road may be affected by weather conditions during winter because the snow sometimes is too high to pass.
